The CEO of the Company has access to your personal data. The Company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer as it does not engage in activities that would require the appointment of a Data Protection Officer.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing, Recipients of Personal Data, Duration of Data Processing

2.1. Newsletter Subscription

Purpose of data processing: Sending personalized newsletters, sharing information.

Legal basis for data processing: Your consent, which you provide by clicking the [Accept] or [X] button.

Recipients of personal data: Maintenance of the Company's computer system and server hosting of the Company's website by Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered address: 1144 Budapest, Ormánság u. 4. X. em. 241.).

Duration of data processing: From the subscription to the newsletter until the unsubscribe date.

Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent for newsletter subscription at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the newsletter.

2.2. Event Registration, Event Registration

Purpose of data processing: Registration of individuals wishing to participate in the event, contract execution, and invoicing of participation fee.

Legal basis for data processing: Your consent for registration, contract performance for participation in the event, and legal obligation for issuing accounting documents.

Recipients of personal data: Maintenance of the Company's computer system, maintenance of the Company's website, and server hosting by Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered address: 1144 Budapest, Ormánság u. 4. X. em. 241.), terminal service provider enabling online card payments for the Company (Stripe, registered address: 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), and billing service provider for the Company (Stripe, registered address: 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA).

Duration of data processing: If the participation fee for the event is not paid within 7 days, the registration will be terminated after the 7th day from the registration date. If the participation fee is paid, the data will be retained for 6 months after the event and for 8 years regarding accounting documents.

Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time in case of cancellation of participation in the event.

2.3. Sale of Publications

Purpose of data processing: Sale and delivery of publications to customers.

Legal basis for data processing: Contract performance for sales to natural persons (order and delivery details), legal obligation for issuing accounting documents, and legitimate interest for contact details related to orders from non-natural persons (the Company's legitimate interest in maintaining contact for product sales and delivery).

Duration of data processing: For order and delivery details, data will be retained for one month from the date of order fulfillment. Regarding accounting documents, data will be retained for 8 years from the date of document issuance.

2.4. Complaint Management

Purpose of data processing: Handling customer complaints.

Legal basis for data processing: Fulfillment of legal obligations.

Recipients of personal data: In the case of complaints submitted electronically, the Company's website maintenance provider and the server provider of the Company's website, Tárhely.Eu Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1144 Budapest, Ormánság u. 4. X. em. 241.), will have access to the personal data. In the case of complaints submitted on paper, the Company will not disclose personal data to any other person.

Duration of data processing: 5 (five) years for the complaint record and a copy of the response to the complaint.

Purpose of data processing: Registration of individuals who wish to attend the event, and communication.

Legal basis for data processing: Your voluntary consent for registration.

Recipients of personal data: The Company's website maintenance provider and the server provider of the Company's website, Tárhely.Eu Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1144 Budapest, Ormánság u. 4. X. em. 241.).

Duration of data processing: From the registration for the free event until the withdrawal of data processing consent.

Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time.

2.6. Personal Contact via Mobile Application

Purpose of data processing: Facilitating personal contact through a mobile application; providing service inquiries and direct messaging options for registered users, as well as selling publications.

Legal basis for data processing: Your voluntary consent for downloading and installing the mobile application, registering in the application, or providing any voluntary data.

Scope of processed data: Information voluntarily provided during registration, service inquiries, or purchase of publications, as well as data generated by your mobile device during the use of the service, which serve as identifiers and are automatically recorded by the developer company's system for technical processes necessary for features such as chat or messaging.

Recipients of personal data: In addition to the Company, Kajabi LLC (17100 Laguna Canyon Road, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92603), the developer of iPhone and Android mobile applications for the Company.

Duration of data processing: From the download and installation of the application until the withdrawal of data processing consent.

Withdrawal of consent: You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time and uninstall the downloaded and installed mobile application from your mobile device.

3. Modification of the Privacy Policy

3.1. The Company may modify this privacy policy at any time. The modified privacy policy shall apply from the date specified in the privacy policy, provided that the Company publishes the privacy policy on its website.
